  1. We're back! I cant believe we've done 11 of these already but here we are! This event is gonna be pretty relaxed, with the only ruleset being enforced is the 1050hp/1300ftlb engine limit and a couple banned parts! Only 1050HP max? Can a supercharged 540 engine even be that low power? Even without any special gameboy3800 parts, yes it can! if you detune the Ford 540 engine's rpm to 5700 and decrease its supercharger air and gears to 2.0 then you'll be right at that limit! My Adjustable Addons and Specialized Addons do have some lower power and naturally aspirated engine options available, but they are not a requirement. Community Event 12 Main Rules: Must use public truck (anything on the site) Track is Gaithersburg 2020. This is a Best Trick event instead of the last Tough Truck Challenge. its also a points series! top 10 overall get a secret engine project i'm working on a little bit early before its public release in my addon packs! 1st in an event gets 10pts, 2nd gets 9pts, etc. Repeat for 3 Events to get overall points. This is a POVERTY ruleset run, you can run whatever truck and parts you like, however the MAX HP is ONLY 1050HP!! Can our supercharged engines even get that low? experiment with lower boost numbers and rpms, or even try different intakes and engines from my packs! Max Torque allowed is 1300ft-lb to avoid people bringing in 2300ftlb diesel engines lmao. any fuel source is allowed as long as its below 1050hp/1300ft-lb. ~30fps minimum; no minimum quality. Just minimum fps. theres a mp noncrush cars version too that may be less taxing than the normal crushcars. disabling shadows also helps on some maps. missing a ramp outright is a time penalty. if at least 3 tires go over the ramps its considered a good pass. racing layout: its an oval. one full lap is all we're doing, so hit the ramps a total of 3 times. Blz parts are banned. The only adjustable addons parts not allowed are the cheater and cvt gearboxes due to their busted properties. the one exception is the torque converter coupling av ratio cant be over 1.0. everything else fair game. You can tune the truck however you like using this ruleset. Orbit cam is preferred, but if you get a cool replay and have proper views of the track and all, I’ll still accept it. 2 second rollover timer; run is over if you’re on your roof for more than 2 secs to keep hacksaves from happening Because of how the site works, you must upload your footage to dropbox, google drive, mediafire, etc and paste the file links in this thread or on my discord server to upload your runs. You can also upload to YouTube and I can still download them from there, but the quality will not be as good. DO NOT POST A BEAMNG REPLAY FILE! Due date by February 24; more than enough time. Stream/video Date is March 3rd! Since theres so many trucks and chassis out now, claiming a specific truck nowadays is kinda silly. anythings good to drive as long as its a public truck! Have Fun! Even If you dont get in the top10 in points, the prize Engine will be made public in the next major Adjustable Addons Update! Here's the Track Link; you can use the MP Noncrush version if your computer is having difficulties running the normal FPS crushcars version. Thats the end of the quick rules. Here's a full detailed view just to be as clear as possible, but if you understood the above list then you should have no issues starting practice runs immediately! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The rules are simple, pick one truck and one truck only to be able to compete in Racing, Best Trick and Freestyle. All trucks are fair game, just so long as they follow a maximum power figures of 1050HP/1300ft-lb ruleset! more details listed above and in my announcement video! BEFORE YOU UPLOAD: Please make sure that your computer is capable of running beamng at a framerate of a stable 30fps or higher. resolution and quality settings dont matter as much, but a smoother framerate will really help the viewing experience as well as helping determine who gets the fastest time trials run. Quick tip for this map, you can disable your ingame shadows to get a nice fps boost! Running at lowest settings also doesnt look terrible and is allowed. ALSO BEFORE YOU UPLOAD: NO PRIVATE PAINTS OR OR UNBREAKABLE BODIES! this is to make sure everyone's on a level playing field and so that the forums or the video dont just get bombarded with "omg where do i get that pls give now". because you know that'll happen. CLIP SUBMISSION / EVENT ENTRY DUE DATE: February 29! You can post the submission links here or on my discord server. I will be using the Black Magic machine for all of my runs. it is found in my Adjustable Addons mod. Please read the rules below before asking questions about making a video or about the event. general advice: if you hit Alt+U in beam, you can hide your UI, which makes for a much cleaner video, and can sometimes increase fps. also do not forget to mute/close apps like spotify or discord to keep their sounds from entering the video. hit Alt+U again to let your UI reappear when youre done recording. WHEN UPLOADING YOUR SUBMISSIONS: Please make sure to properly name your submission files, as it's a super big help to me when editing. it's not a requirement in order for your submission to be accepted, but it really does make a world of difference when editing the video. here's an example of how to properly name your file (replace 'gameboy3800' with the name you'd like to be credited as, and replace 'Racing' with whatever the event you recorded for): gameboy3800_BlackMagic_CommunityEvent12_Racing.mp4 You can submit your clips on this forum thread or on my discord server (https://discord.gg/NP97CND), whatever you prefer. Tuning Your Truck: You are free to use whatever motor you see fit just so long as your MAXIMUM HP is 1050HP/1300FT-LB (plus or minus 5 for leniency)! You can check your vehicle's exact horsepower rating by using the ingame TorqueCurve app! You're free to mess with tuning with whatever motor setup you like, as any motor should be able to be detuned to meet those requirements through the ingame tuning sliders. BIG FOR COMMUNITY EVENT 12: This is a Points Run! The top 10 overall drivers by the end of the event will get an exclusive 540 Cubic Inch Chevrolet Engine! This is different from the normal 540 Merlin or Ford engines by just being so much higher detail and offer a different power curve from the two current standards. This engine will be public as a part of my next major pack updates, but getting top10 in this show will get you early access! Getting 1st place in an event gets you 10pts, getting 2nd gets you 9pts, etc. The final points leaders will be calculated at the end of Freestyle! Racing: if you want to use a cinematic camera to give your run that realistic showcase style, that is fine. but you are free to use whatever camera mode you like. you do not need to have a timer on screen, as i am capable of adding one myself. you can use whatever lane you like; they should both be equal. use whichever lane you think you're fastest in! Because of the 'as you go' nature of a real Poverty fairgrounds style event, the only racing rule is you must get at least 3 tires on the ramps for it to be a clean pass and no mega obvious cheating by cutting across half the map. Overall Events Rule: Being realistic will likely get you a better score! Best Trick: After Racing is Best Trick! You get one hit to do the most impressive stunt or combo you can do! If your truck somehow survived being launched to space then you can go for a 2nd hit, however if you dont do a 2nd hit you wont be scored low for it. Freestyle: free range; stay within track boundaries and do cool stuff for the full 2 minutes! remember the WOW factor too! Timer starts as soon as you do your first stunt or hit your first obstacle! IMPORTANT RULE: if you roll over and are on your roof for more than TWO seconds, your runs done. this should eliminate the 'hack saves' that some users (myself included) were guilty of. If you do roll over and can save it, try to turn the truck off and back on to avoid just doing dumb flips everywhere. More realistic runs are likely to be scored higher! Because of the website format, you have to upload your footage to Mediafire, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc and link the file in your submission post in order for me to download it; you cannot upload directly to the website. you can still upload to youtube if you prefer. i can still rip the footage. my only other request for your uploads is that you keep it just normal truck sounds only. no copyrighted music pls! also, if you could remove the ui (Alt+U) to let the footage look cleaner that would be a big help. it is not required though. Although this is a points series with a reward for the winners, Dont let that stop you from entering or trying your best, as even if you dont get the reward, it will still be made public in a later Adjustable Addons update for everyone to enjoy! let's just have some fun with this one. i dont want to see any "this users run is invalid" or "i think i should've won". that's not the spirit. we can all get along and have a relaxing day playing some monster jam. in the end, you may even learn a thing or two by watching some other users run, and be able to give helpful tips to others to let them better their own skills! here's a tip from me: if you hit 'Q' on your keyboard, you should be able to use the realistic/manual shifting mode, which allows you to to shift way faster and pull off some incredible stunts and saves!     1.02 hotfix Dec12: removed duplicate Front Engine files that could have been conflicting with some users vehicles. 1.01 hotfix Dec2: fixed missing materials file and hood always being visible for the Charger body in the large file. Have you ever wanted to use my mods in a BeamMP Server but thought the filesizes were just too big or didnt need all the extra paints and presets that come with them? Well here's your very simple solution! this page has 2 links that are both very simple. however it is imperative that you ONLY INSTALL ONE TO USE ON YOUR MP SERVER!!!!!! here's what the 2 packs do: CRD_gameboy3800's_MP_Server_Pack_(combines_Adjustable_Addons_,_Front_Engines,_MemePack_Automation_Engines,_Rescale_Mod,_Specialized_Addons).zip - does exactly what its long name suggests; it includes all the main parts and features of all my packs in one optomized file without any of the extra fluff or paintjobs that arent necessary to just have fun and go fast. install this if you're running a fun server with no rules. gb_League_Engines_Only.zip - this on the other hand is ONLY parts necessary to run a competitive or more serious Tour/League. it does NOT contain a lot of the lesser used parts or silly additions of airplane engines or other meme parts. it is extremely compact because of this. It does still feature the main engines from Adjustable Addons and the Front Engines as well. as well as having league engines on other chassis like CRC and IHCP as well. if you install either of these to your mp server or to your normal mods folder, this means YOU SHOULD NOT INSTALL ANY OF MY OTHER MONSTER TRUCK MODS, SINCE ALL THEIR FEATURES ARE ALREADY IN THESE FILES! This hits pretty close to home for me this time around, as this brings my real life truck engine(ish) into the world of BeamNG.Drive! This mod adds the legendary Chevy 454 Big Block motor found in a ton of classic cars, work trucks and hot rods! The version featured in this mod is a very tame work truck motor, designed for highway hauling of heavy trailers. 7.4 litres of displacement give a ton of torque very low down to help it tow. When not loaded with cargo though, it's an incredibly fun street engine! This Engine has a couple key intakes from its 1990s real life counterparts: a Throttle Body Injection setup (TBI), and the slightly newer Vortec setup. The TBI is known for being absolutely bulletproof, while the Vortec is known for its higher power! There's a ton more parts than that to mess around with, so feel free to mess with the parts tuning to find what you like best! There's a couple of presets included so you dont need to add the engine in the parts menu every time. One's a 2door worktruck inspired preset closely resembling my IRL truck just because its neat, and the others an extended cab with 4wd for some off-roading! This engine features custom sounds that are a blend of my Real truck's custom side pipes and some 8 year old muscle car sounds found in a variety of other beam mods. The end result is quite mean! I tried to get the full range of the real engine, but my audio recording equipment never gave satisfactry results. I may update this in the future. That about covers everything about this mod! It took a long time to get it to where it is today. I'm sure theres some more ideas that'll come to me in the future to improve it, but for now I think it's ready to be set free! I hope you enjoy!     I've seen quite a few people struggle with getting their crc paints to have the color of suspension or 4links that they want. this is because crc is quite different from crd in the fact that theres often 2 materials file types instead of just the one. With this template file you should be able to use FNR to pretty much every instance of CRC_Colored_Parts_Test to be what your paint will be called. From then on its as simple as changing the body if required. But by that point I'm assuming you know how to do that by watching CRC Easy Skins or just general practice at making paints. This file has all the main parts colored; suspension, Clark rim, hydros, axles, swaybars and limit straps. But I've also gone a bit above and included even lesser used bits like the steel plating on the truck floor and roof and the exhausts. All the way down to even some silly parts like the Lexan and even the blower straps and belt. This isnt a 'replace every texture file with a pink square jpeg' either, it is actual colored bits. its not every single part of CRC, but its most of the important and noticeable ones.

This brand new mod for CRD is one of the longest running projects I've ever done! Ever since v7.0 of my main packs, I've been hard at work on this in the background. Even during my move, working on this project really helped keep my sanity lol. Anyways, this project was first started as just a simple addition to Adjustable Addons in the form of the Race chassis idea of mine. When I started slamming the Race chassis down and using lowered suspension I thought maybe this is a bit too extreme for Adjustable Addons? But it's not dumb enough for Meme Pack? Let's just split it off to its own thing! So now this pack is home to some of the crazier ideas of mine that otherwise would be stuck in limbo! You will NEED Adjustable Addons for the new chassis and engine slots to appear for you! Let's get a roll call for all thats included: 1. New Chassis': Specialized Engines Chassis, CRD3.0 Pure-Race Chassis, and CRD 6x6 Chassis! - Specialized Engines Chassis is meant to hold the LARGEST engines from all my packs! It's hollowed out to the extreme to allow for some crazy setups! In fact the default motor is a 27L Rolls Royce Merlin V12 aircraft engine! >> Set Bonus: Having Meme Pack installed allows you to install a Radial Aircraft engine to here as well! - CRD3.0 Pure Race Chassis is for those looking for hotlap records! It's custom CRC suspension is slammed down, and the chassis cradle is raised to give an insanely low minimum ride height! It's pretty fragile, but VERY Fast for pure laptime! Default motor is the 540CI Ford Customizable Engine! - CRD 6x6 Chassis: Featuring an absolutely massive Daimler-Benz 45L Inverted V12 aircraft engine, the only way it would drive without just collapsing a normal chassis was to spread its weight over 2 additional rear wheels! It makes for quite a different look and drive! Includes Blz's Mud tires as well for some INSANE Mega truck action! >> Set Bonus: the 45L V12 is also able to be put into the Long Chassis from Meme Pack! and the Radial Aircraft engine is able to be installed into the 6x6 chassis! 2. New Engines: 1650CI Rolls Royce Merlin Aircraft engine(model by PM3D@3dwarehouse), 727CI Chevy DRAG Procharged engine (model by BenB@3dwarehouse), and the 2720CI Inverted V12 Daimler-Benz DB603 Supercharged & Nitrous injected for the ultimate torque (model by MCS Design@CGTrader)! - Moved Ford 632CI Prorcharged motor from Front Engines to here for less slot clutter in Front Engines Chassis'. >> Set Bonus: Added the Drag Procharger to be selectable on the 540CI Customizable Engines! 3. Added an Automatic Transmission option for League motors here for a more familiar, invincible torque converter gearbox. If you want to force people to use the Manual w/ Clutch that comes standard with League engines to allow for gearbox explosions, just dont install this pack into your MP server! 4. Includes new presets for Pure Racing, 6x6 fun or brings some old presets from Front Engines to here for consistency. There's a lot more that can be said about the contents of this mod, but I think it's best to just let you find that out for yourself by driving it! Warning: anything with a (WIP) label is not 100% done, but it is drivable enough that I dont want to hold it back for this release.

    I've seen enough people get new sounds in the game the wrong way, so now I'm here to show you how to do it the less wrong way! This file includes everything you need to see the proper structure for making a custom motor sound for you to make your own soundpack or league parts or whatever! There's 2 zips included, one for CRD, one for CRC. The only difference is the slot type designation though, the procedure is exactly the same no matter what monster truck you drive! If you've made a custom skin for a monster truck before, this is actually pretty similar and will require the same skillset for finding your way around some text files and folder structure. The way sound files are put ingame aren't too dissimilar to how you get textures to appear ingame, as the same amount of game knowledge is required. This pack includes skins and jokes from my channels long BeamNG history that should give the community members something to chuckle at, as well as offer some never before seen parts to let the normal CRD Monster Truck get a whole lot more interesting. It was also decided that this will combine all of my previous uploaded trucks into this one zip so that everything is up to date all at once! I’ve spent a very long time getting everything in this pack to work just right, so I do hope you enjoy. Because this pack has 2 major focus points: new parts and new/revamped skins, I’ve decided to split the pack into two separate zips, the CRD_gameboy3800_Meme_Pack.zip and the CRD_gameboy3800’s_Adjustable_Addons.zip. The Meme_Pack is exactly what you expect, it’s full of trucks that are in reference to all the fun times we’ve had on my youtube channel, along with one or two serious trucks that I’ve been wanting to do for awhile but have only now just gotten around to actually doing. Some of the best additions of the Meme_Pack are the inclusion of Maximum Disappointment with the hilariously bad russian body glitching through it, of course made famous in my channel streams! There’s also Reference trucks to just about every famous phrase or catchphrase that I’ve made popular over the years. Some people have been kind enough to make specific skins just for this pack, this really has become a community project. It’s also got all my previous skins all updated to CRD 2.0 standards as well! If you have both the Meme_Pack and Adjustable_Addons pack, you’ll be able to use the truck presets as they are intended to be, as a lot of the trucks in it utilize parts from the Adjustable_Addons pack. However if you’re only interested in installing this pack, these trucks should still spawn with the base parts just fine. There’s a lot of things to go over, however I’ll save that for later down the page. There’s even some special parts in this Meme Pack that you can equip to any truck to let it feel unique, for better or for worse! CRD_F150_Body_but_backwards: It is a completely normal F150 body, but I’ve reversed it for some reason. It actually doesn’t fit completely awfully, except for the hood falls off on spawn. Oops. This may or may not be fixed eventually. Original jbeam code by FLyInG 2 YoUr SoUL and MJamfan22, rotated and raised poorly by gameboy3800. F150 Model rotated by gameboy3800. (This will likely be removed if the real Backwards Bob becomes a thing for the mod). CRD_Fred Steering: These steering options (front and rear) are like normal steering, but they’re reversed! Left is right, right is left! This is used in conjunction with the Fred_Transmission to allow you to still steer normally when going backwards (going backwards, left will still be left). Recommended rear steering is Fred_Linked steering to not need manually do reverse rear steering. Unless you want a challenge :). code by gameboy3800. CRD_Fred_Transmission: This is a totally normal transmission, but instead of shifting up into first, it throws you into reverse! Reverse gear takes you to 80ish mph, and 1st gear takes you to 40ish mph, basically it’s backwards. You can put this into any normal truck to give yourself quite a challenge! Note: when equipping to an existing truck, hit ‘Reset’ on the tune to fix not going fast in any gear. Gavril_I6_Semi_Engine: The all new Turbo Diesel Option for the CRD Monster Truck, this was originally put ingame by me with help by Fen way back in the CRD 1.14 days. I’ve recently revamped how it performs from the ground up with the help of Bobcat and Mike Bev to allow it to be released alongside CRD 2.0! This is supreme Meme quality engine, in fact there’s a document in the zip that explains everything wrong with it, but hey it works like it should, and it smokes a ton! This Engine also has my Soft Rev Limiter in place by default for more manageable revs. The Exhaust Pipes are selectable just like any normal headers of the other engines with 3 options on base CRD: the Center Stack for an internally mounted stack; This one smokes the most and is the best Diesel experience IMO. Then theres the Side Stack option for a big pipe along the left side of the truck for a different/meme look, and the Rear Exhaust which I made to allow for a less ‘smoke in camera’ driving experience. The Rear Exhaust is affectionately known as the ‘one tire fire starter’, because it just dumps the smoke straight into the back left wheel lol. The Custom Chassis’ only get the Left Stack and Rear Exhaust to avoid roof clipping with the Center Stack. The Diesel Engine is the only engine in this pack that is selectable on all chassis. Stock Power Figures: 1402 HP/1811 FT-LB. Original Exhaust Pipe and Engine Placement done by Fen, Center Exhaust redone by Bobcat, Exhaust Materials redone by Mike Bev. Rear Exhaust, Code and sound implementation by gameboy3800. CRD_Wentward_i6_Bus_Engine: a second meme Diesel Engine ripped straight out of the normal bus. It gets all the same parts as the normal CRD Semi engine. It is a little bit smaller and lighter than the old engine, but it’s also a little less powerful. Of these 2 meme engines, I would say the Bus engine is the better one because the power difference is negligible, and it does weigh a bit less. It sounds a little different too. Engine model by BeamNG, code and sound implementation by gameboy3800. CRD_Fueltank_Roadtrip: A normal fuel tank with more than twice the maximum capacity for fuel, allowing for much longer runtimes! Think you can last a whole tank now?? You can equip this to any chassis, used with any Alcohol burning Engine. In the Tuning Menu, you can get up to 250L of fuel vs the standard 80L! Code and fuel cell model editing by gameboy3800. CRD_Fueltank_Roadtrip_(Diesel): same as above, but now it give extended driving sessions for the Diesel Engine as well! This is the only Diesel Fuel Tank in this pack. For a normal Sized one, you’ll need my Adjustable Addons Pack. Code and fuel cell model editing by gameboy3800. CRD_Radiator_Diesel: a more powerful radiator for the Diesel Engine to keep it from overheating mega quick. It is equipped from standard when installing the Diesel Engine. Code by gameboy3800. CRD_Turbocharger: The Standard Turbocharger option when you equip a Diesel Engine to the CRD Monster Truck, it is a REAL Turbo with lag, sound and all! It is equipped from standard when installing the Diesel Engine. You can tune it a little bit via the Tuning Menu as well! Code and sound implementation by gameboy3800. CRD_Turbocharger_Tuned: An optional Modified Turbocharger selectable on the Diesel Engine via Parts Menu to give a power bump and way less turbo lag to handle more like a Procharger/Supercharger with a sick Flutter sound when off throttle! It also has some more wiggle room if you tune it in the Tuning Menu! Code and sound implementation by gameboy3800. CRD_Fake_Supercharger: a Supercharger option for the Diesel Engine to let its engine behavior be more in line with the old engines. You get less overall power, but it gets an easier to read power band, so it should be fairly balanced. Code by gameboy3800. That’s about it for this pack. Overall this pack needed the least amount of revamping aside from the motors getting retuned. Regardless, I hope you enjoy!

    New version! Dirty Fairgrounds is back and better than ever with this much needed overhaul to bring it out of 2018. The ramps are completely redone on a larger floor size, the barriers replaced with better walls, stands replaced with better stands, a forest to enhance the scenery, and a darker setting- but not too dark.
