I've been having this issue where a lot of newer released tracks are missing terrain.

It's also missing in the World Editor (which now usually crashes my game with STATUS_STACK_BUFFER_OVERRUN) where it would show as "TheTerrain".  Is this on purpose? This file is important and should stop being removed if it's on purpose.
