Steam/BeamNG won't open anymore

Yesterday Steam stopped opening meaning my games also won't open. I've tried restarting my computer, shutting it down, killing the process in task manager and checked DownDetector for reported outages but it only shows the McDonald's app as down and not Steam. Also upon killing the process it would open but would be stuck in an infinite loading loop. The website is the only thing that works. I don't wanna play rigs of rods, I don't have a Roblox account, sim-monsters hasn't gotten anything new except for new users and profile pic changes since the 2nd and I cleared Showdown and both Steel Titans games. I miss being able to play BeamNG. I hope Valve didn't go out of business because I don't wanna rebuy the game from Humble Bundle.

Valve did not go out of business lmao!!  Your problem is the mods they are causing the game not to start. They all need to be updated to work on the latest version of the game 0.33. As the game just got a bran new update that included a version update. If you want the game to work you need to disable all of your mods or remove them. Then clear the game cashe via the troubleshooting tools before you try and restart the game. The game should start with no issues. This is how i got the game to start. Now i have no issues starting the game. I had this exact same problem and this is how i solved it. I will put the mods back in when the ones i use are all updated ro work on the latest version of the game. I hope this explanation helps.
