Having Trouble Mods

Sorry if this is dumb but Im having trouble with some of the new mods outside of CRD and CRC. 

 

For example when I click on the PEI mod none of the trucks show up like they would in the CRD or CRC mods. 

Im having this issue with multiple mods mostly the newer ones. 

 

I have done every kind of clear cache, I have uninstalled and re-installed both the mods and beamng. 

I have deleted every old versions of mods and beamng as well. Everything is completely up to date.

 

Its been a couple of years since I have played beamng so I dont entirely remember how everything works.

click on "my vehicles" when loaded into the garage, and hit the buttons "expand confugrations" and "load pc configurations". Hope that helps!
