Jorma Rysky
I guess I should edit first post too, so old low quality crap does not steer everyone away. Current form of '93 monster truck: Current form of '86 mud truck, very early state: ************************************************************************************************ Original Post: Hi, I'm working on Unnamed and Untamed, and I would like to find someone to import my model in game. It is bit different than rest of Beam monsters, as it is steel body on straight chassis. There is going to be two variants, '86 (mud truck) and '91 (monster truck). Here is work in progress sketchfab: https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/unnamed-and-untamed-monster-truck-ac759e0efff640ce98dc286716f4b917 And here is universal monster truck chassis I made: https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/game-ready-monster-truck-chassis-47221822252247df81af228b44f11c67 --------------------------------------------------------- Send me message here, or any of these platforms if you are interested https://sketchfab.com/Rysky https://www.artstation.com/jorma_rysky Edited April 30, 2022 by Jorma Rysky Better represent where project is right now

Jorma Rysky
If you are not modder, not going to happen, I'm afraid. https://www.beamng.com/threads/someone-needed-to-import-my-model-in-game.76827/ Oh well, back to Carmageddon. Creating mod about a truck six peoples beside me still cares, for a game six peoples beside me still cares.
rockgod88
Cool concept, however the execution will take FOREVER, especially with the custom Airbag suspension and all, 95% or more would have to be done from scratch, Model looks pretty good though, dig the Rockwell axles on the paid for model
Jorma Rysky
I guess I keep on posting here modeling progress, even though getting it to Beam looks unlikely. How hard is it to add different body style for existing monster truck chassis? There is fiberglass bodied Unnamed too, so modifying my body little and putting it on top of Grave Digger's tube chassis is possibility. Remodeled body bit after feedback from AlexTSK. There was loads of shading errors, because I'm averaging normals and did not have triple chamfers.

Jorma Rysky
So Tsunami23 contacted me about it and I revived project. It's been on hiatus for a while, but before that I already remodeled whole body and most of the rest too. Here is latest public version of it: https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/unnamed-and-untamed-90-monster-truck-a6f2fb2dc1954912898296ed67d74970 It almost looks like Dodge Carry All now and not anymore some weird generic old car. Here is current state: Axles needs some work (and middle part/base axle should get remodeled completely), though some things I could take straight from my other models: https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/15-ton-federal-axle-from-grave-digger-12-d263294d91bb42829dac60fae87de01d https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/rockwell-military-axle-with-breakable-spindle-fb713dae5bfc422fa4b322daa6cd2ce0 Engine and cockpit needs loads of work, but after that it should be ready for texturing. I have to study limitations and formats of BeamNG, currently it sits at ~230k triangles which I assume should be fine. Could drop that about half, I think. Now that I think of, body might need some modifications too. It is modeled after Unnamed's first body, that was destroyed in rollover crash about '88 and was replaced with another Carry All body. Second body was modified same way, long nose and all, but there were some differences, like rear doors were horizontally split instead of vertically (Edit. Scratch that, they were always horizontally split, as modeled allready) and rear wheel arches were bigger. Though I don't know if I care enough, that might be thing to do for my document video, which does not need as clean topology or textures as game models. Here is also monster truck related free textureless, cancelled models of last year I dumped on Sketchfab. https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/incomplete-frankenstein-monster-truck-1bdef1865e52455aa929c7310bd237ca https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/incomplete-evolution-of-grave-digger-1-ede2fa2823244c9a9d59cb1a5816b614 https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/c10-monster-truck-and-pickup-8a27349f103d47ca924d4a6ecdeddb73 https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/multiple-accurate-monster-truck-chassis-b53a2895cdff4a5ab054164d0db314d0 https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/rigged-monster-truck-chassis-2304619829ab4c9a8528769dfe262109 https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/4-speed-allison-c7d5269a7e3547d19d1c092a11ea8323 https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/monster-mashup-43c380877eba451285ff88ea48e916ad Franky is another one I want to finish some day. It is also one that could be pretty fun (in bad way) in Beam, as it lacks shocks or link bars of any kind, just having those leafs to keep axles in place. Which they manage to keep, give or take half meter of lateral rotation. -Rysky Edited January 28, 2022 by Jorma Rysky Correct information added

Jorma Rysky
Some progress here https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/unnamed-and-untamed-rough-86-ff4d0390b4404c759b49a2c55da56f2e?fbclid=IwAR2rQU_ttWdS7AeJpy7WjRyH_FS31fbVtHleBk5pZqP0H_kqON1XKhmTb7E First time since '94 it is possible to sit on Unnamed's driver's place. Sadly I was not able to find any pictures of inside, so dash is pure fantasy.

Jorma Rysky
Th400 with shifter Now there is fully "working" fuel system, with pre- and post- fuel filters, external racing fuel pump, bypass fuel pressure regulator, and crankshaft breathers with breather tank Vintage Hotfoot throttle pedal, with wires to Predator carbs Throttle mechanism at the other end of wire Some wip textures. My computer cant handle 4K, working with them is very slow, when after every change I have to wait 5 seconds ******* Not too much to go anymore Actually scrapped engine textures and went for 512x512 materials on same tex. Much higher texel density even with 2k textures and easier to create. Have to just mvoe oversome details from tex to actual meshes. Few more polygons, but those are cheap compared to textures
PRAWNDADDY
Absolutely amazing prop placement, the truck parts, wiring, transmition shifter, all looks really damn good. Very stellar work and are loving these updates on the truck!
Jorma Rysky
Loads of annoying little things to do left for 91-93 Unnamed. But I as I already had test version of '86 paintjob, I made little mock up of mud truck. Really wild vehicle, with driver sitting under hood. ******************* Also mock up of M4 High Speed Tractor Unnamed. This vehicle never existed, just a fun little what if. M4 chassis however was used a loads of monster tanks, like Virginia Beach Beast and Orange Blossom Special Express I really do like modular design of old school monsters, , designed materials around modularity. Can just drop engine there and it works, as engine/tranny is one package, body is another, chassis third and that is pretty much everything there is.
PRAWNDADDY
YOU ARE EVEN DOING THE TANK AND MUD VERSIONS!! This is underrated and I'm genuinely surprised not many more have been getting hyped over this. The amount of work you've been putting into this is extraordinary and keep getting more and more excited when more photos are posted on progress. Great Job

Great Job In old school truck groups of the facebook project has getting some hype, but I guess for major audience it is too obscure vehicle to care. And since it is not yet drivable, there is not much to get excited for a common folk. ******************* https://www.artstation.com/blogs/jorma_rysky/zLzm/virginia-beach-beast-on-66-inchers
PRAWNDADDY
That Custom Virginia Beach Beast is badass, never envisioned what a monster truck version would look like and now I wish it existed. Really cool work on those trucks and look forward to the updates. As you can tell I'm hyped for this!!
