Was wondering how you were able to run "custom" flags, asides from the presets? Is there a mod I missed somewhere? Thanks!

Wassup guys! Long time fan of Monster Jam and Beam/ROR, have my first gaming PC coming in next week and was wondering what all is important for me to run the game for Monster Trucks. 

Is the CRD 2.2 pack the only thing I would need to download to get all the trucks? Then do I need to download everything from essentials? Thanks!
