Without my know what it is I can't tell you more then to remove everything and load just the base game vehicle. That includes removing skin packs, addons, or anything else to do with the base game trucks. If you just have the base game truck in your mods and it still flys off then its a confliction happening within your mods folder under another file or folder. When I try to spawn in any monster truck by replacing the current car, it will turn that car white and fly off and many of the parts of that car will separate from the car.
