About This File

BEFORE PLAYING ON THE MAP, YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THESE TWO VEHICLE MODS:

https://www.beamng.com/resources/the-crashhard-shed-prop.5479/

https://www.beamng.com/resources/gavril-cb40.13605/

IT IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE THESE TWO VEHICLES BECAUSE THESE ARE USED IN MAJOR PARTS OF THE MAP ITSELF. IT WILL ALSO CRASH YOUR GAME IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THESE VEHICALS IN YOUR MODS FOLDER, PLEASE REMEMBER THAT!!!

Notes from BETA Testers:

"You can really open up the throttle a lot more, and you don't really have to let off, its perfect for a insane freestyle. The jumps are perfectly angled and sized for the jumps, and it feels like a "Cracked out" fair which I love, and the "Slingshot Jump" next to the stands brings the icing on the cake."

"Its actually a really good map, it's a map that you don't have to limit yourself in, but it requires  and its great for beginners or for seasoned drivers."

"This honestly is the best map you've made. It's so much better than Old Andrews."

"You killed it man, this will be any trucks worst nightmare."

Why was is called Fujita Fairgrounds? It was named after Ted Fujita, a meteorologist at the University of Chicago in Illinois. Storm experts began using an enhanced version of the Fujita scale in 2007 that included more detailed descriptions of the damage. Unlike hurricanes, which are classified by measured wind speeds, tornado categories are based on wreckage after a tornado has struck, because the wind speeds are difficult to measure. After a tornado has passed, experts assess the damage, estimate wind speeds, and categorize tornadoes according to the Enhanced Fujita Scale, with ratings from EF-0 to EF-5, with EF-5 being the highest magnitude of damage with a tornado. Figuring since your probably going to be destroying your truck like a tornado in this track, why not make it Fujita Fairgrounds?

He has inspired many to follow in his footsteps, by making rockets that measure billions of calculations at once, and inspiring many others to become storm chasers, and to follow the mayhem. But here, I decided to make a Monster Truck Track dedicated to him, and the other who've died doing what they loved. This map in-itself is a celebration towards the role models out there.

Haha! This map is epic. First off, I love the course itself, it's a genuinely fun layout and the shed being crushable is just...I love it. Normally, having to run external mods like that to play a map would irritate me, but now I'm genuinely hoping other map makers find a way to add that shed into their layouts!

But what I might love even more is the visuals, and the audible ambience. The sounds of crickets and other bugs in the background is very satisfying to the ears, as is the lighting. And this is a small thing, but seeing the entire trees swaying, trunk included, made me giggle.

I also love the Easter egg (people are going to have to find it themselves, no spoilers), but man this Easter egg sure sounds beautiful!

Oh, and the tribute to Scott Hartsock, of course...amazing work there. Touched my heart 😞

Easy 5/5, wish I could give it 10.

Not usually a fan of fairground maps, but this is great! Good use of CrashHard's shed as well! Shoutouts to the easter egg as well, very nice.

After so much time and effort, this was really worth the wait. The track flows greatly with every jump's placement and when you mess up, it's not because of the track, it's because of you. Really outstanding work here man, can't wait for more tracks eventually. Keep up the good work!
